Lotus initially approached us to help them take advantage of the customer list they had built over the years. With over 300 accumulated emails, they wanted to launch email marketing campaigns but had no system in place. After seeing the benefits of email marketing, they wanted to further leverage their growing audience, including their social media following. Previously, all session bookings were handled manually through personal messages, with payments made in cash or scattered bank transfers—an unorganized and time-consuming process. To streamline their operations, we built a seamless booking website, allowing them to link directly from social posts. Now, customers can view full event details, book tickets instantly, and receive automated confirmations, making the entire process hassle-free.

Thanks to WordPress's scalability, Lotus Bookings is now expanding their platform to sell online courses, packages, and potentially subscription-based services. They’ve even discussed integrating live-streamed classes directly on their site, eliminating the need a cost for third-party platforms like Zoom. Their website is now not just a booking system but a foundation for future growth.
