Previously, all session bookings were handled manually through personal messages, with payments made in cash or scattered bank transfers—an unorganized and time-consuming process. To streamline operations, we built a seamless bookings website with an App style feel allowing her to link directly from social posts. Now, customers can view full event details, book tickets instantly, and receive automated confirmations, making the entire process hassle-free.

Thanks to WordPress's scalability, Demi is now expanding her platform to allow for managing her salon and hair appointments, sell online courses, packages, and potentially subscription-based services. We've even discussed integrating live-streamed classes directly on the site, eliminating the need a cost for third-party platforms like Zoom. The website is now not just a booking system but a foundation for future growth.
